PENYIAPAN GURU PROFESIONAL MELALUI DIKLAT PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS (PTK) SECARA BERTAHAP DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

The topic of this research is the preparation of professionalteachers through education and training of classroom action research (CAR). Theresearch was conducted in Banda Aceh city to find outwhether the CAR training can prepare a professional teacher. Theresearch used descriptive method with qualitative approach to the subjectthroughout the training participants of CAR as manyas 25 people consisting of 5 headmasters of elementary school, 2 headmasters ofkindergarten, a person from high school teacher and 17 elementary schoolteachers. Data collection techniques usedobservation, interview and documentation. Techniques of data analysis used acomparative descriptive analysis and qualitative. The results inservice learning 1 is to compare the results in service learning 2 and the results in service learning 3. The resultsshowed that of all training participants in service learning one showed that 40% ofparticipants are easy to understand to implementCAR of Chapter I up to III. In service learning two held for 3 days, 8 to 10 september 2011. During the 3 days they presented it in full CAR for15 minutes per person and was interviewedon the results of their CAR. After all done 80% ofparticipants already understand and are able to implement CAR. In the second in service learning they still felt less improvement of their ability, then the implementation of in servicelearning 3 was conducted for 2 days on 17 to 18 October 2011. In the end 86% ofparticipants declared that they have understood and are able todevelop CAR to increasetheir professionalism.
